haw yeeaah!
the lady just called and said that the owner will accept our single property guarantee and two proofs of income, for lack of a better term. that's a lot easier to get than another property guarantee. nothing's signed, but i did a ninja scream and a karate chop after hanging up the phone. thank you Jesus!
